What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state where you are completely relaxed, calm, aware of what is going on around you, and able to intake suggestions, that are aimed at specific issues and problems in a controlled and safe environment, through the subconscious mind. The client is not asleep or unconscious, it can be likened to watching a TV programme when not focused and still taking in the content, or driving to a destination you have many times before, and being on auto pilot.
